When you use our mobile application ("App"), and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services", which include the App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have concerning it. We do not automatically collect any information from you when you use the App.

To facilitate account creation and login process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allow us to collect from those third parties to facilitate the account creation and login process.
To manage user accounts. We may use your information to manage your account and keep it in working order.
To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes if this is following your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time.
To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information, and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.
To request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our App.
To protect our Services. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our App safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies for business purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, or in connection with our contract.
To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
